Fixed Price Contracts are exactly as the terms suggests. We provide a fixed quote from a site inspection and drawings provided including all aspects of the building process, some items are considered prime cost items like tiles, bathroom fixtures and fittings, kitchen cabinetry and appliances etc. We provide a mid range price and in consultation with the client we choose the appropriate items required for your needs.
A Fixed Price Contract takes away the unknown and leaves you fully in control with the peace of mind knowing exactly how much the project will cost, when payments are due and how long the project will take.

Cost Plus Contracts
Where building, renovating or extending poses difficulties like the slope of the land, undecided on fixtures and or finishes or taking over an existing project, Cost Plus Contracts work extremely well.
First, we provide an accurate estimate to all works set out in the drawings provided and discussions with the client including all materials and labour required to complete the project. A builder’s margin (percentage) is then added to this figure and runs in line with any savings or variations made throughout the project.
Another great reason for undertaking your project with this type of contract is that it provides you with the ability to make changes to the original drawings, and we can provide you, the client, with valuable information including differences in price, quality of product, product comparisons and timelines to assist in the decision making process.
